Our products are digital goods, including downloadable educational guides, ebooks, and similar digital materials. Because these products are delivered instantly or made available shortly after payment, they are not returned in the same way as physical goods.

By placing an order for a digital product on our website and requesting immediate access, you expressly agree that delivery may begin immediately after payment is successfully processed.
